Terms of service

Take your time to read every single thing I stated here before placing an order. They're all very important. Failing to follow these terms may end up in the customer being blacklisted.

「 Disclaimer 」

• By commissioning me, you've agreed to the following conditions.
• Please read all of these thoroughly and carefully. You may not commission me if you disagree or are uncomfortable with the terms
• I strikingly forbid usage of my arts and uploading it to any AI sites.

「 General 」

• As my customer, I expect you to read and understand all these terms.
• I have the right to deny any commission (especially if the request is out of my skills or makes me uncomfortable).
• My commission turnaround for smaller commissions is 2-4 weeks. For larger pieces it may take 4-6 weeks. If the commission you ordered are too complex it can be 2 or 2 and a half months to finish.
• My commissions are first come first serve.
• You must have a clear, visible and not shaded if possible reference of the character you want.
• I always provide work in progress (wip) to clients, and any art updates may be announced in my discord server.
• All finished pieces will be posted on my kofi and socials.
• You can ask for a private commission (private commissions get fee and will not be posted anywhere. Asking to draw something gross is not allowed)
• All traditional and digital art is sent to the customer as a file or an email. Traditional art is scanned and sent digitally same as the digital.
• I have the right to use or sell the unapproved sketch as ych or personal use.

「Payment and refunds」

• You are expected to pay 100% after sketch approval.
• I will not work until I receive the money.
• Method of payment is PayPal, Revolut or Artistree. You are responsible for making currency conversions.
• I am not responsible for any mistakes that are made on your part over the course of transaction.
• I will initiate the transaction to avoid accidental transactions. Do not send me any type of payment until I have confirmed I can accept your commission and have asked for payment.
• If payment is not made in a timely manner (48h) after I sent the invoice, the commission will be cancelled unless I extend it.
• Repeatedly failing to pay will result in blacklisting.
• Ones I receive the money, it's non-refundable.
• I will only refund if I am unable to finish a commission.
• You are required to contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel a commission request.

「Usage of art」

• As commissioner you can use my art for personal use, such as profile icon, social media banner, personal prints etc.
• As commissioner you may not use my art for commercial uses! (Ask beforehand if you want to use my art as commercial use, you will get charged depending on how long the contract lasts)
• As commissioner you are allowed to repost my art as long as you credit me properly.
• You're not allowed to feed my art into AI generators.
• You're not allowed to use or mint my art as NFTs.
• You're not allowed to trace or claim my art as your own.

「Adoptes and designs」

• As the owner of my design, you're free to change the adopt's gender and species as you wish.
• All my adopts come with commercial rights.
• Do not sell my adopts higher than the price you bought it. (You can only if it comes with additional arts)
• You're allowed to color pick or tale inspiration from my designs, but you're not allowed to blatantly copy it.

「Please include」

• Preferably, a clear reference sheet of your character or an art of them that is flat-coloured.
• You can send pictures of what you would like: expressions, poses, outfits, background references. (This is especially needed for customs - hair, species.) You can also very detaily explain but it's better with pictures.

- Realism
- Mecha/ Vehicle
- Extreme gore/ violence
- Offensive themes
- Anything gross
- Stolen characters
- Weird kinks
- SPIDERS
